Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on
August 21, 2010, has :

1. Allotted on preferential basis, 1052631 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up to MAP Auto Ltd. (promoter entity) at a premium of Rs. 85 per shares.

2. Allotted on preferential basis, 1578947 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up to Clearwater Capital Partners Singapore Fund III Pvt. Ltd. at a premium of Rs. 85 per shares.
